What information is required when placing a comsumables (toner/ink, staples or parts) order?
When Making an order the following information is required:
- Quote your machine's Serial Number and Model
- Name of your Company
- Give your Contact Name & Number
- Current E-Mail Address
- State Consumables
How do i get a meter reading from my Rex-Rotary MPC4500 Machine?
On the top left hand corner of the display panel there is a 'User tools' Button. (grey button-1,2,3)
Press once, then select the 'Counter' option in the bottom right of your screen.
