Machines
Free collection and replacement 14 days from receipt of goods which are faulty. After this period machines are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Cartridges / Toners
Free collection and replacement up to 10 days from receipt of goods which are faulty. If you are in receipt of faulty cartridges or toners please contact Customer Services at Copiertec.
